Owners can list their properties on WhereToStayInFlorida.com for free, subject to them being contractually obligated to keep their calendar regularly updated. Once a renter has placed a deposit for a selected property it is up to the owner of that property to provide a verification within 48 hours to the renter.

In the case that the owners calendar was not accurate and the selected rental dates are not available or the owner does not confirm the rental dates within 48 hours, the renter will be allowed to select another property for rental and their 10% deposit will be credited toward the new rental.

The property owners are allowed to decline requested bookings up to three times. After their third cancellation their account will be terminated and all properties listed by that property owner will be removed from the WhereToStayInFlorida.com web site.
