Liability

harmless WhereToStayInFlorida.com, our affiliates and our suppliers
from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys'
reasonable fees) related to your violation of this Agreement.
WhereToStayInFlorida.com is not an agent for any
party who accesses this web site and no agency, partnership, joint
venture, employee-Business or franchisor-franchisee relationship
is intended or created between you and WhereToStayInFlorida.com
by this Agreement.
You assume all risks associated with dealing with
persons and entities whose identities you have obtained on this
web site, including but not limited to, the risks of bodily injury,
and of dangers in dealing with unknown persons, foreign nationals,
underage persons or people acting under false pretense. It is
your responsibility to take appropriate precautions so as to avoid
fraud and any other harm.
Claims by Owners and Advertisers
You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding
any and all claims made by prospective renters. You assume all
liability for the use of any information that you post or find
on any Web page published by WhereToStayInFlorida.com. The operators
of WhereToStayInFlorida.com assume no responsibility and do not
warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any of the
Web pages published here.
Claims by Renters
Renters are aware that each property owner may set their own
Refund and Cancellation Policies. WhereToStayInFlorida.com recommends
that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the Refund
and Cancellation policy from the property owner. WhereToStayInFlorida.com
is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.
In the case that the owner declines the rental dates
requested after a deposit is placed by the renter, the renter
will be allowed to select another property for rental and their
deposit will be credited toward the new rental. In the event that
there are no listed properties available during the date range
secured by the original deposit the renter will receive a refund
for the deposit placed on the now unavailable property.
None of the information contained in any WhereToStayInFlorida.com
Web page is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation
of information published herein is the sole responsibility of
the renting party. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility
of the property owner.
Our web site may also contain links to web sites
operated by parties other than WhereToStayInFlorida.com. WhereToStayInFlorida.com
does not control such web sites, and is not responsible for their
contents. The presence of such links does not imply any endorsement
of the material on such web sites, and your access and use of
such sites shall be solely at your own risk. Furthermore, because
this privacy policy is applicable only when you are on our web
site, once linked to another web site, you should read that site's
privacy policy before disclosing any personal information.
Owner-Calendar and Verification:
Owners can list their properties on WhereToStayInFlorida.com for
free, subject to them being contractually obligated to keep their
calendar regularly updated. Once a renter has placed a deposit
for a selected property it is up to the owner of that property
to provide a verification within 48 hours to the renter.
In the case that the owners calendar was not accurate
and the selected rental dates are not available or the owner does
not confirm the rental dates within 48 hours, the renter will
be allowed to select another property for rental and their 10%
deposit will be credited toward the new rental.
The property owners are allowed to decline requested
bookings up to three times. After their third cancellation their
account will be terminated and all properties listed by that property
owner will be removed from the WhereToStayInFlorida.com web site.
