Method One
10% commission: Details
The renter selects the property that they would like to book.
The renter then secures the rental by placing a 10% deposit via
paypal. Once the rental is confirmed we send the renter an e-mail
which informs them that the booking has been confirmed. In this
e-mail is your contact information and a link that will take them
to your paypal account. The final 90% is sent to you directly
via paypal or check by the renter.

Method Two
15% commission: Details
The renter does not use paypal and a 15% deposit is placed on
the renters credit card through our billing system. Once the rental
is confirmed we send the renter an e-mail which informs them that
the booking has been confirmed. In this e-mail is your contact
information and a link that will take them to your paypal account.
The final 85% is sent to you directly via paypal or check by the
renter.
