Method One
10% commission: Details
The renter selects the property that they would like to book.
The renter then secures the rental by placing a 10% deposit via
paypal. Once the rental is confirmed we send the renter an e-mail
which informs them that the booking has been confirmed. In this
e-mail is your contact information and a link that will take them
to your paypal account. The final is deposited into your paypal
account by the renter.

Method Two
15% commission: Details
The renters credit card is verified for the rental cost through
our billing system. Once we have a confirmation from you, the
owner, that the property is available we then bill the renter
for the full amount and forward 85% of the charged amount to your
paypal account.

20% commission: Details
The renters credit card is verified for the rental cost through
our billing system. Once we have a confirmation from you, the
owner, that the property is available we then bill the renter
for the full amount and 80% of the charged amount is mailed to
your billing address
