a property is free and easy. Simply set up an account and

| Can
I edit my property listings? |
|
Yes.
Once a property is listed you can edit any of the property
details and images. Your changes will take effect immediately.

| My
images don't upload? |
|
Depending
on the type of Internet connection you have your images could
take up to 10 minutes to upload. If you are having problems
uploading all six of your images at once try to upload each
image individually by running the property edit page. |
| Can
I change my images? |
|
Yes.
In fact you can change all aspects of your listing in real
time. |
| What
size should my images be? |
|
Images
need to be .jpg at 10% compression and be 400 pixels wide.
Height can be up to 600 pixels tall. |
| What
is the rental process? |
|
Step
one after you have selected the property you wish to rent
is to place a deposit via paypal. Once this is done the owner
is notified of your request. The owner then verifies that
the dates are available. When the owner does this you are
then notified and put in contact with the owner to complete
the rental process. |
| What
about refunds? |
|
You
have 48 hrs from the time of placing your deposit to request
a refund. If in the case that the owner has already rented
the property you will be given the option to use your deposit
toward another rental or given a refund. Owners make their
own refund policies concerning the final payment. |
| What
is PayPal? |
|
PayPal
is a secure and very reliable online credit card processing
company. We use their services because we feel they are the
most reputable online transaction service available. To learn

| Do
you verify your owners? |
|
Owners
are allowed to list their properties free of charge. If there
are 3 complaints about an owner or their property we remove
the owner and all of their listing from our site. |
