Step 1 : The renter uses our search feature to find your home.

Step 2 : The renter fills in their details and uses their credit card to place the deposit. We securely process the credit card through our credit card processing system.

Step 3 : You the owner are notified that a renter has placed their deposit and the home rental is pending your approval.

Step 4 : You then log on to your account and view the calendar for the home booking that is pending. You will see a confirm button next to the booking dates that are pending. Clicking this button will bring you to a verification page with the booking details.

Step 5 : The renter is sent an e-mail with your details and a link to a form on our site where they can pay the remaining 90% of the rental cost.

Step 6 : We mail you a check via certified mail for the rental value of the property minus our 20% commission to the billing address we have on file.
