Step
1 : The renter uses our search feature to find your home.
Step
2 : The renter fills in their details and uses their paypal
account to place the 10% deposit. If the renter does not
already have a paypal account their details will be sent
to paypal and they can easily set up their account.
Step
3 : You are notified via e-mail that a renter has placed
their deposit and the home rental is pending your approval.
Step
4 : You then log on to your account and view the calendar
for the home booking that is pending. You will see a confirm
button next to the booking dates that are pending. Clicking
this button will bring you to a verification page with the
booking details.
Step
5 : Once you verify the dates the booking status is set
to confirm, the renter is sent an e-mail with your contact
information and an email with your information is sent to
the renter.
Step
6: The final 90% for the rental is handled by the owne per
their standard policies.
Note:
If you choose this account type renters will not be able
to place deposits on your property without a paypal account.
