Step 1 : The renter uses our search feature to find your home.

Step 2 : The renter fills in their details and uses their paypal account to place the 10% deposit. If the renter does not already have a paypal account their details will be sent to paypal and they can easily set up their account.

Step 3 : You are notified via e-mail that a renter has placed their deposit and the home rental is pending your approval.

Step 4 : You then log on to your account and view the calendar for the home booking that is pending. You will see a confirm button next to the booking dates that are pending. Clicking this button will bring you to a verification page with the booking details.

Step 5 : Once you verify the dates the booking status is set to confirm and the renter is sent an e-mail with your contact information and a link to your paypal account where they can then pay the remaining 90% directly to you.
